Rates

Daily rate: $150 + 7.5% tax per night. $99 cleaning deposit.

Weekly rate: $900 + 7.5% tax. $99 cleaning deposit. Seventh night free.

Monthly rate: $3000 + 7.5% tax. $99 cleaning deposit.

Based on occupancy of two.

$25 per night for each additional person. Total of five people.

There is a $99 damage deposit that will be credited back within two weeks if no damage was incurred.

Reservations

We suggest you book early as June, July and August are the busiest months.

• A 50% deposit is required in order to reserve our vacation rental. Deposits can be made with credit card or money order. No personal checks, please.
• Full refund if reservations are cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival date and if the place can be rerented during that time slot. If not, no refunds - but we can schedule another date to rent the unit.
• Please add 7.5% sales tax with your final payment.
